Consignment/Sale Prep Horses

When each of these horses is brought into our program they are treated as one of our own. Upon entering our program for sale prep each horse undergoes a thorough evaluation for a minimum of 30 days prior to being listed for sale or consigned to a sale which allows us to adequately get to know them and represent them accordingly.

Mac Daddy

5 yr old Paint Gelding ~ 15hh

Mac Daddy didn’t get his name randomly. He’s the one we count on when we’ve got to go rope something big and load it in the trailer. He is one of the primary catch units here at B & G Cattle. If you can rope it. He can handle it and pull it on the trailer. This guy has bone and mass for days. He is a big horse with a big presence, yet has a gentle demeanor. Mac Daddy’s career thus far has been as a ranch and feedlot horse. He has seen countless outside miles and thousands of head of cattle. He has done every job under the sun there is to do on the ranch. He could go on and continue to be ranched on or he could go to the roping pen and make a great head horse. His ranching experience and good demeanor also make him an ideal option for a trail riding partner. No matter what your preference this big eye catching gelding will do the job with ease. Mac Daddy has always stayed gentle and has never had need for any kind of maintenance or special care.
